Cheerful Twentyfirst has been awarded Experiential Agency of the Year at the 2026 Conference News Agency Awards (“CNAAs”), alongside legacy recognition; winning in ‘Creative Team of the Year’ for the seventh time.
The CNAAs are among the UK’s leading industry awards for the events and experiential sector, recognising excellence in creativity, delivery and measurable impact for clients. Experiential Agency of the Year is awarded to agencies that deliver best-in-class brand experiences, combining strategic insight, executional excellence and demonstrable client outcomes, while Creative Team of the Year highlights the depth and consistency of creative capability.
Both awards are widely regarded as some of the most significant honours in the sector. Steve Quah, CEO of Aeorema Communications plc, said:
“These awards reflect how we operate as a business; with bravery, bold creative and an ‘audience above all’ mentality. We’re a relatively small team compared to many of the agencies we pitch against, but we consistently punch above our weight and have done for some time now. That’s not by accident. It’s down to having senior people close to the work, a clear focus on creativity and a real emphasis on delivering for clients.”
Fellow agency finalists represent some of the best of the world’s brand experience outfits, with headcounts as big as 20x the size of Cheerful Twentyfirst. These two new wins underline Cheerful Twentyfirst’s ability to consistently deliver world-class creative and experiential work at a level that stands alongside, and often exceeds, much larger competitors.
Quah added, “To be recognised as Experiential Agency of the Year, and to also pick up Creative Team of the Year again, against agencies many times our size, is a strong endorsement of that model. More importantly, it reflects the results we’re delivering for clients and the momentum we’re continuing to build across the business.”
