Supporting up-and-coming industry talent has always been important to us. This month we very proudly launched the Cheerful Twentyfirst Event Apprentice Programme in collaboration with UK universities, to invest in the hands-on development of young people joining our creative sector.
Meet Anne-Marie, our bright and dedicated first-year Project Coordinator!
Anne-Marie joined Cheerful Twentyfirst as an intern in 2019, but quickly grew into an integral member of the team. No task was ever too hard, and her passion for brand experiences blew us away. When her internship drew to a close, we simply could not let her go.
Being a part of the team at Cheerful Twentyfirst is so inspiring! Every day there are new opportunities to learn and grow. The variety and calibre of our projects is a huge motivator for my passion for events!

Our new event apprentice programme gives young talent the opportunity to learn about our work, with hands-on experience that covers everything from research, planning and logistics to onsite implementation and post-event evaluation.
Apprentices like Anne-Marie are paving the way for the next generation of event professionals, and already shaping the future of our industry.
