How do you transform a global conference into a catalyst for change?
We helped Climate Group deliver their most successful event to date, giving world leaders a seamless experience and the space to listen, contribute and absorb new information in the fight against climate change.
Climate Week NYC is the biggest annual climate event of its kind. Every year, leaders from the world of business, government and civil society gather to discuss the most critical issue of our time.
For three days across three different event spaces in New York City; we stitched together a seamless forum where brand meets audience meets urgency.

This Audience
Having worked on global forums like the United Nations General Assembly and WEF in Davos, we know this audience well. High-level, executive decision-makers from around the world, who will often fly in for the conference and then fly home.
Their time onsite is short, they have competing ‘day job’ duties to consider, and they need messaging that’s easy to digest and share more widely. A seamless event journey is paramount to allowing this audience to focus on driving action and igniting progress.
6,500 + Attendees
204 Speakers
6.4 million digital campaign impressions
549 #ClimateWeekNYC tags
6.9 billion total media reach

Every moment was thoughtfully crafted to make the most use of their time onsite.
We considered audience bottlenecks in spatial planning, refined registration and recommended a variety of open plenary discussions, closed-door roundtables and networking receptions to suit every leader. Shared workshops tapped into the power of collaboration as a memory tool, encouraging VIP attendees to join forces and contribute, challenge and collaborate.
An international broadcast amplified the reach of plenary sessions to a global audience online. And post-event? A multi-asset digital comms pack so delegates could take what they learned with them.
Cheerful Twentyfirst helped us to deliver a complex, highly successful climate event in the heart of NYC. Their experience in organizing events and managing the technical and AV side of things, ensured an amazing result and real climate impact.
They became part of our events team, and we look forward to working with them again in 2024.
