Leadership Conference

Climate Week NYC is the biggest annual climate event of its kind.

World-leaders, policy makers and decision takers from the world of business, government and civil society gather in New York City to discuss the most critical issue of our time: the fight against climate change.

For three days across three event spaces, we facilitated an environment where change would happen.  

Our Approach

Not a conference; a catalyst for change. 

Climate Week NYC plays a central role in the international climate agenda. A seamless event journey is paramount to allowing global delegates to focus on driving action and igniting progress.

Across three primary spaces; The Opening Ceremony, The Leaders’ Reception and The Hub Live; we stitched together a seamless forum where brand meets audience meets urgency.

Through open discussions and debates to closed-door roundtables, collaborative workshops and networking receptions; our programme design encouraged delegates to join forces, learn, contribute and collaborate. We established an international broadcast stream, amplifying the reach of plenary sessions and periphery content to a global audience online.

Beyond the main stage, a secondary breakout space brought together more than 1,000 of the most influential leaders from business, government and the climate sector, for an interactive programme divided across two days.

And post-event? A multi-asset digital comms pack so delegates could take their learnings with them.  

Our mainstage design celebrated circles, inspired by clock and globe designs to fully realise the literal purpose of the event.
High profile attendees included Gavin Newsom, Governor of California (pictured); Sadiq Kahn, Mayor of London and Benoit Bazin, CEO,
Saint-Gobain, plus many, many more.
Delegates debated the bold agenda needed for global climate action. 

Impact

Careful planning and creative touch went into every detail of this event. Every brand moment was thoughtfully crafted to make attendees feel engaged, empowered or inspired to drive change. Whether it was the climate clock centrepiece, the stunning and consistent graphical touches, or seamless logistics across multiple spaces, our close partnership with Climate Group allowed that vision to be realised.
