The Brief—A multi-day conference to highlight product solutions and reinforce Smartly as a major player and thought leader in the Ad Tech space.
We were challenged to translate their ambition into a powerful and motivating experience — to bring advertising giants together, foster C-suite connections, offer a rich experience for existing customers and empower their sales team — all under one roof.

This Audience
Hello, high-powered decision-makers, innovators, advertising influencers and media strategists.
This audience needed a compelling proposition to attend and engage with ADVANCE. We worked with Smartly stakeholders from across the business – between marketing, sales and the C-suite – to align business goals with audience engagement tactics. Our early strategy work informed the perfect marriage of customer conference x industry summit, with mini moments for audience engagement peppered throughout the experience.

The Customer Journey
At the entrance of the event stood the Bolt Bar – a reception desk designed in the shape of a bolt, echoing Smartly’s signature branding.
This striking installation was more than just a functional reception space; it was an intentional checkpoint for the sales team to meet, greet and network with guests.
